Our mission is to strengthen organizations dedicated to the common good by enhancing their capacity, health, power, and impact. We break the cycle of inaction, helping leaders and teams build the capacity to sustain excellent work once we’re gone. At the end of our collaboration, organizations are equipped with stronger leadership and systems that drive lasting change.

Our approach is down-to-earth and practical, leveraging existing strengths, and infusing fun into our work and interactions. While we take our work seriously, we don't take ourselves too seriously. We are culture leaders dedicated to identifying and scaling the best strategies in each sector to transform workplaces and increase the impact of nonprofits, government agencies, and social enterprises.

We recognize the historical and persistent wrongdoings, exploitation, and saviorism of the social sector–and all sectors–against marginalized communities, especially communities of color. In our approach, we strive to center anti-racism, intercultural skill-building, and inclusion, to promote justice and to center the leadership of those most affected by the issues at stake.

Action

We do not simply tread water– we prioritize collective action as a means to social change. As thoughtful and strategic doers, we are not satisfied by “admiring” or analyzing the problem. Instead, we help you break out of the cycle of inaction and increase leaders’ and teams’ capacity to sustain excellent work once we’re gone.
